Founded and operated Agnes Intelligence for seven years, building pattern recognition systems across fragmented record sets – work that informs the proof-first architecture underlying FRCP 2.0.

Author of “The Causes of Epistemic Failure in the Administration of Justice,” a framework for civil procedure reform under submission to top-tier law reviews. Currently litigates complex federal matters where the evidentiary record is developed to courtroom standard before filing.

Cross-border transactional attorney with over 20 years of experience working with international clients, primarily from the former Soviet Union and East Asia. Began his career in the New York and Hong Kong offices of Shearman & Sterling, focusing on international finance, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance. Composes legal documents in English and Russian and reviews documents in several additional languages.

Serves as General Counsel to Junto Opportunity Fund I LP. Practice spans corporate governance, M&A, bank finance, capital markets, private equity, commercial real estate, oil & gas, cross-border tax structuring, and international transactions involving onshore/offshore investment vehicles and asset protection trusts.

Nearly two decades of clinical experience evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with traumatic brain injury and other complex medical conditions. Reviews medico-legal cases involving alleged injury and serves as an expert witness on standards of care.

Grounds medical conclusions in objective clinical data – contemporaneous records, diagnostic imaging, neuropsychological testing, and longitudinal documentation – so they hold up under adversarial scrutiny.
